User:Lei Dou

Dr. Dou received her Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2005. From 2005-2008, she worked at the Beijing Proteome Research Center. She was responsible for research and development of computing platforms for processing and analyzing large-scale proteome data. Her research interests include distributed computing and bioinformatics. She is currently working with Prof. Bertram Ludaescher on scientific workflow technology for scientific applications.
