Maureen has been working only on her talk she gave on Wednesday and has nothing to report.
Bob has been working on TDWG and PhD theses (Zhimin too) and has nothing to report. Zhimin has committed code to the "new" trunk.
Paul blew up webprojects trying to get it to run IPT with the HUH data. Next victim: the fp server.
Paul will be giving a talk to the AGU rather than presenting a poster.
Paul has been going through the abstract for the TDWG poster and has been working with Bob on what to talk about at the Ambient Computing conference.
James has nothing to report this week.
Tuesday Paul, James and Bob met with Andrew Richardson and exchanged ideas.
Paul will partition BBG data into three somewhat overlapping sets that include duplicates that are not exact matches but need fuzzy matching. Sets should include roughly ten thousand records each. Tulip, Lilac, and Rose.
Paul will prepare IPT war files with same IPT data (subset of each of Tulip, Lilac, and Rose) for each stick. Maureen will prepare three different Specifies, one with each of the three partitions of the BBG data.
Maureen will try to get annotation messages to display in Specify.
Have Specify do find duplicates query and get quick response
Have IPT inject an annotation and have that appear in an RSS feed
Be able to see in an RSS feed the slow response for find duplicates
Have Specify be able to show slow response to find duplicates query.
