Report:_FP_Requirements#33 All clients of FilteredPush networks must be able to be configured to have all communication with the network go through outgoing (from client to network access point) connections on port 80/443

A clear lesson from a day spent by Bob at GBIF working to set up the Hadoop based prototype for a demonstration at GBIF is that a network must be able to support all communication between clients and network nodes through outgoing connections from the clients to the network nodes over port 80/443. Clients, particularly Specify6 desktop installations, are expected to be on workstations in tightly controlled and firewalled networks, where the network nodes will be blocked from making connections to the client installations on any port.

This includes OAI/PMH harvesting of data from client databases.
